As all our products are customized Exchange and Return is only available if your product is damaged or we have sent you the wrong product. For verification that the product is not damage you will have to make a open box delivery video when parcel is being delivered to your house.In case you forgot to make a video and the product is damaged or we have sent you the wrong product then the exchange fee will be charged for parcel to recieve to us and if the product is really damaged then will refund the Money.
If there is a damage in the product or we have sent you the wrong product the money will be credited in your bank account within 3-5 Working days.

We provide customers with some loyalty program where if you spent 1rs you get 1 loyalty point. You can avail 10%Discount by using 249 loyalty points and get free shipment usin 999 loyalty points.You won't be able to see your loyalty points in the dashboard. You can only see the loyalty points at the checkout page.
